Teflon

Micro Surface Corporation can obtain and apply any Teflon products that you specify. We currently utilize DuPont, Whitford, and Acheson products, but we are always working with new suppliers to find products that will meet the demanding needs of today's manufacturing environment.

We are experienced with PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, and other hybrids. If you do not have a specific product in mind, we will work with you to determine which coating will give you the performance that you need for your specific situation.

Our experienced applicators will clean your parts, apply the product and cure to the manufacturer's specifications to ensure proper adhesion and maximize the benefits of the coating.
