MICROLON 8700
MICROLON 8700 is a multiple coat system which
combines fluorocarbons with ceramic reinforcers in a resin binder. This unique process
meet USDA requirements and is used successfully in food and pharmaceutical applications.
The coating system provides a low coefficient of friction, hardness adhesion to all
metals, chemical resistance to wash downs, and corrosion protection.
Microlon 8700 wears longer than pure PTFE, offer
superior resiliency and has toughness not normally found in resin systems. The nano size
ceramic additive reduces abrasion problems and delivers a non-stick surface with tenacious
adhesion.
